About Us
Queen of Excellence is an organization which promotes the livelihood of women entrepreneurs in the North East. This is a Social Enterprise which assists them with the expansion of their business. This enterprise will serve as a support system to the passionate.
We will be providing the necessary technical support and mentorship, helping them in analyzing, business planning, funding, helping to choose business structure, registering businesses, consultations on having business accounts, marketing the products internationally and connecting with the right people. This does not target a specific field , it’s an enterprise open to all Business Women.

We believe in strength through unity, supporting people to help get their business reach the next level. We have brilliant mentors and successful entrepreneurs volunteering to be a source of guidance to different women entrepreneurs who may be new to the field or whoever may need the extra support and motivation.
This is an opportunity where they can clear any doubts or confusion they might have.
These mentors and entrepreneurs are from various fields, both from government and private sectors in the North East sector of Sri Lanka
Founder, Shades IT Solutions Ms. Delaxshana Manoharan
At the age of 24, right after completing her degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering, Delaxshana Manoharan, had a desire to work in the technology industry. She wanted to be the first woman entrepreneur in the technology business in the Vavuniya District. Despite all the cultural challenges, she was able to be the first woman to start a technology start up in Vavuniya, which was also supported by youth in her district to make it success.

She is also a Board of Directors of Vavuniya Information Communication & Technology Association

Visiting lecturer of well reputed universities.
She is also supporting young girls to start their own business by providing technical support by Shades IT Solutions.
